First Friday offers community connections

More from this show

First Friday is one of the largest walking art tours in the country, notable for its ability to attract people from all walks of life to one central area. College students mingle with business people in the 70 different businesses on the tour. For someone new to the Valley, First Friday can be a place to people people.

At First Friday, there is always something new to see, but also a sense of familiarity as the “regulars” show up. Take a look through the eyes of a college student who uses the First Friday tour as a way to find community and become connected to the city.
