Appeals court strikes down proposed changes to Sky Harbor flight path

More from this show

A federal appeals court has struck down Phoenix Sky Harbor flight path changes that were made in September of 2014, by the FAA.

Phoenix resident, Steve Dreiseszum states, “The court essentially vacated the flight path changes and told the FAA that they have done the process wrong.” A large population of Phoenix had been effected by the changes that the FAA made. Dreiseszum emphasizes how his community is unable to enjoy life outside their homes do to the disturbing noises that came along with the flight path.

The court is still awaiting a direct answer from the FAA.
