State Attorney General calls for better oversight of charter school spending

After an Arizona Republic report showing that the Primavera online charter school has a $36 million investment portfolio and paid its CEO a nearly $9 million shareholder distribution. Attorney General Mark Brnovich is calling for news laws to provide oversight of charter school spending. Despite all the public dollars flowing to Primavera school, it had a dropout rate 10 times higher than the state average. Brnovich tells us more about his concerns.
