New report on high cost of college tuition

A new study show that Arizona has had the largest increase in college costs since the recession. The cost of tuition has gone up 91 percent since 2008. Also, student loans are now the second-largest category of debt among American households, with huge implications for economic growth. The Helios Education Foundation recently released a brief examining these issues and suggesting solutions. Paul Luna, Helios’ president and CEO, talks about the report.
