Affordable Care Act insurance sign ups down in Arizona

The sign up for the Affordable Care Act marketplace health care plans is December 15. In Arizona, enrollment is down 18 percent, as the deadline for sign up has been shortened and advertising money for enrollment and the penalty for not enrolling have both been cut. Swapna Reddy, an Arizona State University College of Health Solutions assistant professor, tells us more.
