Mind Over Music: teaching STEM through music

More from this show

The Phoenix Symphony has a program to help teach kids science, technology, engineering and math through musical concepts. Mind Over Music pairs musicians with classroom teachers to do that in 20 schools, and the symphony is preparing to license the program to orchestras across the nation. We get more from Todd Vigil, the chief marketing officer for the symphony and viola player Mark Dix.
