Light rail initiative approved for the ballot in Phoenix

A ballot measure that would allow voters in Phoenix to end light rail expansion was approved for the ballot by a judge. If voters approve the initiative by Building a Better Phoenix, all light-rail money must be used for other transportation needs. We hear from Mark Kokanovich, a lawyer representing the Arizona chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, which opposes the initiative, and Kory Langhofer, an attorney from Building a Better Phoenix.
