Coming Clean Special – Oil on Native Lands

More from this show

Though we aren’t known as a major oil-producing state, the Arizona Oil and Gas Conservation Commission tracks hundreds of well operations statewide, including the “largest” producing oil field in Arizona on the Navajo nation. Reporter Lillian Donahue takes us there. This special  is part of elemental: covering sustainability, a multimedia collaboration between public radio and public television stations in Arizona, California and Colorado.
