In light of the death of a woman whose power was shut off for non-payment of $51 that led to her death, Governor Doug Ducey is questioning the authority of the Arizona Corporation Commission to regulate issues like power shut off policies and more. Arizona Corporation Commissioner Chairman Bob Burns, who disagrees with the governor’s take on the powers of the commission, talks about the issue.
