Tempe Center for the Arts is kicking off its season with the provocative play “Dutchman,” written in 1964. The production is set on a New York subway, and tells the story of an encounter between a politically moderate middle-class black man and a liberal white woman. We hear more from Ralph Remington, Tempe Center for the Arts producing artistic director.
