Impeachment hearings, Russia report

The House Judiciary Committee continues its impeachment hearings. Also, the U.S. Department of Justice’s Inspector General is expected to release a report showing the FBI’s surveillance of former Trump aide Carter Page was legal, in direct conflict with President Trump’s claims about the effort.
