Beat The Odds Leadership Academy was created in 2017 to provide training for public school principals to accomplish goals like closing student achievement gaps and creating a culture of high expectations. Governor Doug Ducey recently listed BTO Leadership Academy among his first priorities in his budget to help grow the program.
