The Navajo Nation is behind only New York and New Jersey in per-capita coronavirus infections. The tribal nation’s “rate” of infection is ten times higher than the rest of Arizona. Earlier today we spoke with Jonathan Nez, president of the Navajo Nation, and asked about the impact of the virus on tribal lands and his thoughts on president trump’s meeting yesterday with Native-Amerian leaders.
