‘Making Mesa Home’ looks a the cultural diversity that shaped the city

More from this show

A new exhibit at the Mesa Historical Museum explores the unique history that has shaped the way the city has grown since it was founded more than 100 years ago.

Dr. Christine Marin, a historian for Arizona State University, says the exhibition is designed to highlight the many different cultural groups that contributed to Mesa’s history. In particular, the exhibition focuses on why so many different people came to Mesa, and what led them to make the city their home.
