‘City Gems’: Virtu

More from this show

The buzz about Gio Osso’s restaurant Virtu began quickly after it opened in 2013: Esquire named it one of the best new restaurants in the United States. Occupying a small space tucked into the Bespoke Inn in Old Town Scottsdale, Virtu has a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Osso, a James Beard nominee, says his restaurant is a “beautifully composed symphony of sights, scents and taste.”
