Brad Taylor is a New York Times bestselling author and a former Delta Force officer.

After graduating from the University of Texas, Taylor was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Infantry.

During his 21 years in the Army, he held numerous Infantry and Special Forces positions, conducting operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and other locations.

He retired as a Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel.

As his last assignment in the Army, Taylor served as assistant professor of military science at The Citadel in Charleston, S.C. He currently serves as a security consultant on asymmetric threats for various agencies in addition to his writing career.

He has written a total of 11 novels.
