Kathy Cano-Murillo has made a name for herself both as an artist and as an author.

She has authored seven books on arts and crafts in addition to having her own line of arts supplies, Crafty Chica.

Her crafts help showcase her love for Mexican-American culture.

She endeavors to inspire women of all backgrounds to find joy in crafts.

Cano-Murillo has also branched out into fiction with her Crafty Chica novel series.
