EVO is comfy, cozy, Italian. Chef Steven Fowler said “I’ve always had a love for Italian food. There’s just a feeling in the food that goes in when you’re making it by hand.” The restaurant serves a full menu late into the night. Fowler is particularly proud of the giant meatballs and also recommends the Brown Butter Babycake served with raspberries.
