Shabu Fondue

Shabu Fondue is a unique, communal eating experience in Phoenix. A server brings a hot pot with broth to the table where diners can cook their own meal. They have an extensive choice of raw vegetables and meat from which to choose. “It’s a slow-pace dining experience,” chef Johnny Chu said. “We want you to actually sit in here and slowly enjoy.”
