Elements at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain

Elements is in the Sanctuary Resort at the foot of Camelback Mountain. The restaurant has extraordinary views, an impressive wine program and a nationally-acclaimed chef Beau MacMillon. MacMillion says his menu reflects the beautiful surroundings. “We wanted it to be kind of unique and minimalistic. Elements from our fire features, our water features here on property, the rocks on the Earth, we thought that merging great American food with little Asian accents was going to be where we shine,” he said.
