Taqueria El Chino specializes in barbacoa meats on a choice of an authentic Mexican-Sonoran taqueria flour or corn tortillas taco. Owner Rafael Ung says one of its most popular dishes may surprise you: los tacos cabeza. “I had a lady who visited us all the time and she thought it was the grossest thing in the world. I got her to try it one time, and that’s all she orders now,” he said. The restaurant has an extensive salsa bar where customers can dress their tacos and fill their burritos with a variety of ingredients.
