The Coronado

The Coronado serves southwest-inspired vegetarian comfort food made fresh for the community. Owner and chef Elle Murtagh says she is grateful to the neighborhood, “we’re right by ASU, there’s a lot of Sikh people in the neighborhood, we’re right by the arts district. I feel like all the vegans and vegetarians are almost all here anyway.” Murtagh recommends trying the cauliflower tacos, which she says came together as a happy accident.
