Café Paris opened in 2007 with the mission to bring French culture and cuisine to Arizona. The small restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and is located within the Scottsdale Design Center. The café is owned and operated by Chef Arnaud Catois and his wife, Carline. “At Cafe Paris, we do a lot of French food, but affordable French food because most people think ‘OK, French food is very expensive, it’s fancy, it’s snobby,'” Arnaud said.
