Old Pueblo Cafe and Pub

Old Pueblo Café and Pub in downtown Litchfield Park is directly across from the Wigwam resort. It is a historic building with a very large patio. The restaurant features Sonoran Mexican food. The owner, Peter Mahoney, said that chef Tina Borquez is the inspiration behind the menu. “Her family recipes are so well-known in the West Valley,” Mahoney said. “We actually have people all the time come in, and they’ll have the hot sauce, and they’ll instantly know that Tina is involved somehow.”
