Pita Jungle “The Art of Eating Healthy” offers food made from scratch with only the freshest ingredients. The dishes are made through the lens of the Mediterranean Diet: lean proteins, olive oil, legumes, vegetables, nuts, grains, and fruit. Arizona State University graduate Bassel Osmani said creating healthy food has been the goal from the start. “The lack of good nutrition that we were subjected to while we were going to college, that kind of created that urge in us to do something about it,” he said.
