VinciTorio’s Ristorante

For the past 30 years, Mario and Ginger Vincitorio have been serving authentic Italian food inspired by the Apulia region in southern Italy. Mario Vincitorio takes particular pride in the homemade pasta. “I didn’t know at the time that me being there next to my mom helping her make the pasta, some 40 years later it was going to come in handy in in Tempe, Arizona,” he said. “You can tell the difference when you take a bite.”
