SUMMARY:Civil War Days at Vulture City Ghost Town
DESCRIPTION:The annual “Civil War Days” event is coming up! Learn about the history of the Civil War Western theater and watch Civil War battle reenactments. We also have an Apache war reenactment involving local Apache tribal re-enactors.  \nThere will be North and South camp setups so come see how they lived and slept during the war! There will be black powder rifle demonstrations on how they work and how they were loaded\, and of course tour an authentic old west ghost town with 16 buildings and the infamous hanging tree that started in 1863\, watch a blacksmith demonstration and let us teach you how to pan for gold!

DESCRIPTION:This high-energy event features mutton bustin’\, calf\, steer and bull riding\, plus family-friendly games\, inflatables\, food trucks\, bars and live music from Lacey Rashea and The Young Guns starting at 7 p.m.  \nTickets start at $8\, with doors opening at 4 p.m. and the rodeo beginning at 5 p.m. \nThe venue is offering a special Valentine’s Day Package\, including 2 GA tickets\, 2 drink tickets and 2 tickets for the mechanical bull ride. All of this will cost $59 compared to the normal value of $75\, and tickets can be purchased online.  \nMake sure to get your tickets in advance because the price will increase the day of the event!

DESCRIPTION:Calling all photographers\, amateur or professional! Join us for a day of photography in our historic Old West Ghost Town. We will have Old West actors on hand to photograph throughout the park. At 1:00 p.m.\, they will do shootout scenes for action photos. It’s a great way to meet other clubs and groups. \nAfter this event\, submit up to three photos to us via our messenger app on Facebook or by email to be entered into a contest to win two free passes and have your photo displayed as a featured photo (be sure to include your name and phone number): contact@VultureCityghosttown.com \nMention you are a photographer and pay a special entry fee of only $12 (regular admission is $18/adults\, $15/veterans and seniors\, $10 for kids aged 5-17 years old).
