Photo Radar

Photo enforcement cameras on Scottsdale’s section of the Loop 101 freeway are at the center of controversy over the use of photo radar to issue citations to speeders. The State Senate has passed a bill to prohibit the use of the radar on controlled-access freeways and has sent the bill to the House.
