New report shows sitting is not the new smoking

A new report by the Arizona State University College of Health Solutions seeks to debunk a myth that prolonged sitting is just as bad for your health as smoking. Associate professor at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions, Matt Buman, who helped worked on the report, talks about why sitting is not as harmful as smoking.
