United States Supreme Court takes up DACA case

The United States Supreme Court will hear arguments on November 12 to determine whether President Trump’s decision to end a program that protects young illegal immigrants from deportation is valid. The court will take up a DACA case, or the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which shields hundreds of thousands of young people brought to the country illegally by their parents.
