In November, voters passed an initiative that denies bail for undocumented immigrants accused of serious crimes. We’ll talk about this new law with Barnett Lotstein from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and Judge Barbara Rodriguez Mundell, presiding judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court.
