Moratorium on utility shut-offs ending

More from this show

Earlier this summer, regulators put a temporary moratorium on electricity shut-offs. This was after a Sun City West woman died after APS cut her power because she was behind in payments. The moratorium is set to end on October 15th. Cynthia Zwick, executive director for the Wildfire group and Diane Brown, executive director of Arizona Public Interest Research Group talk about what you need to know if you think you may be impacted by the moratorium coming to an end.
