Eight, Arizona PBS general manager offers local viewers a sneak peek at what’s new and upcoming at Eight

WHAT:  The public is invited to join Eight, Arizona PBS executives for an exclusive presentation on what’s new at Eight and where the independent, locally owned public media enterprise is headed.  Attendees can learn firsthand how theirlocal PBS station is enriching lives on-air, online and in the community through entertaining and thought-provoking programming, original television productions and community and educational outreach.

Attendees will also be treated to a sneak peek of upcoming PBS programs, including the new season of Downton Abbey, which premieres in January. A question and answer session will immediately follow the presentation, along with a demonstration of how to receive the station’s four digital channels free over the air.  Light refreshments will be provided.  The event is free to attend and open to the public.
