“La Phoenikera” is an online publication that aims to fill a gap in arts and culture coverage and fight misconceptions about Latinos. Co-owners and co-publishers Eduardo Bernal and Nuvia Enriquez discuss how Latino millennials are helping to shape the culture of the city.
