Mardi Gradolf is responsible for securing major and planned gifts from individuals, foundations and corporate partners in support of Arizona PBS. Prior to Arizona PBS, Gradolf served as the associate director of development at The Nature Conservancy and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at ASU, where she was responsible for major gift fundraising and planned giving.

Lucile Oglesby is responsible for securing major and planned gifts from individuals and family foundations in support of Arizona PBS. Previously, Oglesby served as the special project manager of fundraising and travel at the Phoenix Boys Choir, where she was responsible for annual fundraising and touring.

Judy Theman is responsible for securing major and planned gifts from individuals, foundations and grants in support of Arizona PBS. Judy is an estate and gift planning specialist for Arizona PBS. Prior to Arizona PBS, Judy held many volunteer positions as she raised her two boys.

Prior to coming to Arizona PBS, Leslie was the Stewardship Manager at Maggie’s Place where she strived to build lasting relationships with the organization’s supporters. She obtained her degree in Nonprofit Leadership & Management from the ASU Watt’s College of Public Service and Community Solutions.
