Celebrate the life and work of the Emmy Award-winning filmmaker and literary scholar Henry Louis Gates. Jr. Hosted by Courtney B. Vance, “Henry Louis Gates, Jr. – Uncovering America” airs on Arizona PBS on Friday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m.

Ken Burns, Jodie Foster, Jelani Cobb and Dr. Drew Gilpin Faust are among the distinguished historians, scholars and guests featured in “Uncovering America.”
