‘State of the Art’ travels America in search of new art and artists

Take a road trip to 1,000 destinations across America and see what’s happening in art today in this hourlong documentary Sunday, April 28, at 3:30 p.m. on Arizona PBS.

Ride alongside art curators as they embark on a road trip across America to explore new forms of art, new artists and how our cultural aesthetic continues to evolve in the 21st century. The documentary captures the personal stories of seven diverse artists from Crystal Bridges’ groundbreaking exhibit who are redefining the American aesthetic.
