More from this show

Each day more than 130 people die from an opioid overdose in the United States. As part of their effort to help stop the problem, the American Medical Association’s Opioid Task Force has released its annual Progress Report, which measures the headway made by the medical community on the opioid epidemic. The report found an increase in the mortality rate despite more intervention by doctors.
