History of Halloween

More from this show

Although for many Halloween is a fun time to get candy and dress up, it’s an uncomfortable holiday for some. Halloween’s roots are long and complex and draw from cultural, religious and occult traditions from the Middle Ages in Europe. Arizona State University clinical associate professor of British and European literature and culture Cajsa Baldini tells us more about the history of Halloween.
