November is National Adoption Awareness month

There are 13,000 children in foster homes in Arizona and there is a shortage of caregivers. We talk to Russ Funk, director of Community Engagement for Aid to Adoption of Special Kids, an organization that helps children in need by connecting them with people who might adopt, become foster parents or help them in other ways.
