In the school district in Vail, a community south of Tucson, teachers can live in “tiny houses” created by the district to give teachers a quality, affordable place to live. Arizona Department of Education Chief of Staff John Carruth talks about tiny houses in Vail and other incentives offered to recruit and retain teachers.
