Push Towards an All Mail Voting System in Arizona

Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes has been at odds with state and local officials over his push to go to an all mail voting system. Fontes now says that he will go ahead and send absentee ballot applications to all registered voters in Maricopa County and he says he has the authority to do so.
