New rules allow investment in law firms by non-lawyers

The Arizona Supreme Court recently introduced new rules that allow non-lawyers to own law companies. The rule changes also allow a new classification of legal paraprofessionals to appear in court. We spoke with James Goodnow of Fennemore-Craig about the impact of these changes on the legal landscape and also changes in technology like the use of artificial intelligence.
