Proposition 300

Proposition 300 was passed by voters last year. The law forces undocumented immigrants to pay out of state tuition rates and prohibits them from getting any type of financial aid that is funded with state money. HORIZONTE talks to Yvonne Watterson, Principal of GateWay Early College High School and a student about how Prop 300 is affecting their school.
