New Lightning Research

Advances in technology have allowed weather researchers to prove that lightning can be more than just a flash in the pan. Research has shown one bolt stretched 200 miles and another lasted 8 seconds. Arizona State University climatologist Randell Cerveny will discuss the new research on lightning.
