Former U.S. Attorney discusses President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee

President Donald Trump has selected appeals court judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace Anthony Kennedy on the United States Supreme Court. Trump’s administration also tapped former Arizona Senator Jon Kyl to help lead Kavanaugh through the nomination process. Former U.S. Attorney Paul Charlton, a partner at Steptoe and Johnson, will discuss the president’s nominee.
