Hickman’s Family Farms program gives inmates employment

For decades, Hickman’s Family Farms has been giving inmates a second chance by giving them a job while they are incarcerated. It recently expanded that program with housing to give inmates a place to live and work once they get out. We show you how the program works and then talk to Aaron Cheatham, the re-entry and transition manager for Hickman’s Family Farms, about the program.
