Corporation Commission hearing on utility shutoffs
Oct. 2, 2019
The Arizona Corporation Commission held a hearing Monday to talk about possible rule changes about when utilities can shut off power for those who don’t pay their bills on time when it’s really hot. We hear more from Diane Brown of Arizona PIRG, an organization that advocates for the public interest, and citizen activist Stacey Champion.
