Tempe Town Lake turns 20 years old

Tempe Town Lake is turns 20 years old November 9. The lake was created when two rubber dams were installed to hold Salt River water in the normally dry riverbed. We’ll hear more about the lake and its anniversary from Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell and Tempe parks manager Craig Hayton.
