The governor yesterday announced the next phase of re-opening the state’s economy. But what are the legal protections to customers and employees if contracting covid-19 at newly reopened businesses? And do these “businesses” have legal immunity from covid-19 related lawsuits. We asked Marc Lamber, personal injury lead attorney at Fennemore Craig.
